How we work
As a customer of Kriston Technology you will work with a dedicated Primary IT Consultant, and a Secondary IT Consultant.
Your Primary IT Consultant will work directly with your internal IT contact, and be the conduit between our businesses. With years of experince of IT Support in mutliple industries, they’ll bring a breadth and depth of knowlege to your business. They’ll get to know you business, understand your pain points, undertake and manage your IT Projects, and become a true IT Partner to your business, fostering a long term relationship.
They’ll be supported by the Secondary IT Consultant , to help with day to day issues, IT Projects, and provide cover during annual leave, who’ll have a similar depth of knowledge of your business. These two key people are backed by our 1st line service desk, team and our 2nd and 3rd line engineers, to provide comprehensive IT Support for your business.
