We were absolutely thrilled to attend the Apprenticeship Fair at The Marlborough School last week. It is always a privilege to connect with bright, enthusiastic students and share the exciting opportunities available in the world of Information Technology and IT support.
There was a palpable buzz of energy from the student and parents in the school hall as the event commenced. Our team had a chance to speak with dozens of students and parents, answering questions about apprenticeships, our company culture and the skills need to thrive in IT support. As well as technical skills we wanted to emphasize the importance of soft skills like communication, teamwork and problem solving, skills that are essential in any workplace.

An apprenticeship offers a unique blend of on-the-job training and formal education, creating well rounded professionals with industry experience under their belt.
This is the third year we have attended the event, and as ever it was incredibly rewarding for our team, meeting the next generation and potential future colleagues, and providing them with our insights to help them make better career decisions.
